The YouInkIt Silk Screen Printing Process


Step 1:
It’s simple, you can upload your design to us or allow one of our expert designers to bring your vision to life.
Step 2:
Next, our expert design team will review your design to make sure that it’s as awesome as you would like it to be. Once we have finalized your choice of design we will provide you with a mocked up digital proof so that you can see how great your product will look once completed.
Step 3:
Our highly trained artisans will then apply the approved color inks to our state-of-the art screens, and each shirt is then printed in correct color order. Each printed item is blast dried to ensure sharp quality and to prevent color bleeding.
Step 4:
After your design is printed on your item, the finished product is then heat cured to ensure that the artwork will not fade, crack, peel or wash off.
Step 5:
Each item in your order is then thoroughly reviewed by our quality assurance specialists to make sure that it meets our uncompromising standards.
Step 6:
You will then receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a guaranteed delivery date.  Soon after your order arrives at your door.

Our Embroidery Services

Step 1:
You submit your design to our Graphic Design Team. They work with the design and find the best way to embroider it onto your custom apparel
Step 2:
If you’re placing a new order for five or more pieces, we’ll send you a proof of the custom job and ask that you approve it before printing begins. You can request a proof during checkout or by emailing
Step 3:
Once your design has been optimized for embroidery and the proof has been approved we send the file to our production team. The production team quickly and carefully hoops and sews the logo onto your products.
Step 4:
Each individual piece goes through an extensive quality assurance process. Our production team looks at each individual piece for additional fabric or stitches which are trimmed and cleaned up. Every piece is checked, and then re-checked, to ensure complete and total accuracy.
Step 5:
Once every piece has been checked and approved from the production team We ship the order right to the customer’s door. We pride ourselves on getting our custom embroidered products to our customers faster than our competitors.

Design Review & Repair

To guarantee the highest quality product for each order, our professional in-house designers review placement, sizing, and color on every design our customers submit. Our team makes the necessary changes to the design so our clients are always happy with the finished product. The design team will always send you a proof for approval before we send anything to production.

Our design team will be able to work with any artwork file types.JPG, .GIF, .BMP, .TIFF, .PDF,.AI, .EPS, .DOC, .XLS, .PPT, and .PSD. If you have any questions regarding your artwork file type please call our support team at 833-968-4654 with any questions that you may have!

Placement and Centering

 After you place your order, we take care of all the logistical aspects of production. We double check that your design is placed perfectly on your apparel, and that the alignment, centering, and distance from the neckline is correct (so no need to worry if you are a little off-center or a little too low). We’ll correct any minor issues that we find and send you the final version before we move on to printing.
